Ten years after the war of 2027, the 34 states left in the union are trying to rebuild the Republic. Sixteen-year-old Jamie and her family moved to a small Michigan town during the chaos. Her mom is a Senator in a fledgling State government. Her dad is a mechanic and outspoken government critic. When her dad is dragged out of their house by military police, Jamie sets out to find out why. She uncovers corruption and conspiracy that could cost her everything she holds dear.
